1. Acceptance

By using any Crego service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by Indian law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Businesses must be duly registered under applicable Indian law.

3. Collections Service

Crego Collections enables SMEs to schedule doorstep cheque pickup and bank deposit. By booking a pickup:

• You confirm the cheque is properly signed, dated, and valid
• You authorise the Crego agent to collect and deposit on your behalf
• Crego is not liable for cheque dishonour by the issuing bank
• Deposits are completed within the same business day of collection
• A digital receipt and GST invoice are provided for every transaction

4. Service Charges

₹120 for the first cheque per order, ₹60 for each additional cheque in the same order, plus GST at 18%. Charges are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Prices may be updated with 7 days' advance notice published on this website.

5. Cancellation

Free cancellation if cancelled 2+ hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a ₹30 partial service fee.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate KYC and registration information
• Ensure cheques are valid and accessible at pickup time
• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Use services only for lawful business purposes under Indian law

7. Limitation of Liability

Crego's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

1. When You're Entitled to a Refund

A full refund of the service charge (including GST) is issued when:

• The Crego agent did not arrive within the scheduled time window due to Crego's fault
• The cheque was not deposited within the promised timeframe due to Crego's fault
• You cancel the booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup

2. When No Refund Applies

• Cheque dishonoured by the issuing bank (a matter between you and the bank)
• Incorrect bank details provided by the customer
• Customer not present at the pickup address at the scheduled time
• Cancellation within 2 hours of scheduled pickup (₹30 partial fee may apply)
• Successful collection and deposit already completed

1. Platform Identity & Scope

Crego is a technology platform designed to improve transparency, trust, and operational efficiency in business transactions. The platform provides tools for cheque collection coordination, transaction monitoring, business discovery, marketplace interactions, hiring and workforce discovery, and operational analytics.

Crego operates solely as a digital technology intermediary and does not act as a bank, financial institution, escrow service, or lending entity unless explicitly stated through licensed partners.

2. Intermediary Protection

Crego operates as a technology intermediary facilitating communication and coordination between users. Crego does not control, endorse, or guarantee user behaviour or transaction outcomes. Users remain fully responsible for their own business decisions and agreements.

3. CREGO Transaction Meter (CTM)

CTM is an operational transparency indicator calculated using the most recent fifteen transactions conducted through the Crego Collections system. CTM is designed only to provide transactional transparency between users. CTM is not a credit score, not a legal judgment, and not a financial guarantee. Users must independently evaluate all business risks.

4. Marketplace Policy

Crego may enable businesses to discover buyers, sellers, or partners through a marketplace interface. Crego does not guarantee product authenticity, delivery timelines, contractual performance, or commercial results. All agreements occur directly between the involved parties.

5. Hiring Portal Policy

Crego may provide a digital platform for connecting employers and job seekers. Crego is not an employer, does not guarantee employment outcomes, and does not verify candidate conduct beyond available platform data. Employment agreements are strictly between employers and workers.

6. Algorithm & Data Transparency

Any analytics, operational indicators, or transparency metrics generated by the platform are produced through internal system processes. These indicators are informational tools only and must not be interpreted as financial ratings or legal judgments.

7. Intellectual Property

All Crego platform elements including software, algorithms, analytics systems, branding, design, and proprietary tools are protected intellectual property owned by Crego Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crego shall not be liable for financial losses between users, payment failures, product disputes, employment disputes, logistics failures, or business contract disputes. Users assume full responsibility for their business interactions conducted through the platform.

9. Force Majeure

Crego shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, government actions, or public emergencies.

10. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to attempt dispute resolution through: (1) internal mediation via Crego support channels, and (2) arbitration if required under applicable laws. These policies are governed by the laws of India, with reference to the Information Technology Act 2000, Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, and Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Crego reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via registered contact details.
